    四川省白酒产业数字化发展研究

    摘要

    白酒产业数字化转型是白酒产业与数字经济深度融合的重要前提,是提升“数字川酒”创新应用水平的重要举措。白酒产业数字化特征主要体现为驱动白酒产业效率提升、推动白酒产业跨界融合、重构白酒产业组织竞争模式、赋能白酒产业提档升级等方面。优势省份及产区从智能制造、营销数字化等方面进行探索。在新发展阶段,川酒继续砥砺前行,通过高新数字技术,加强原材料端品质管理,加快推进技改,实现从生产到渠道一体化管理。但是,四川白酒产业数字化目前面临着数字化顶层设计亟待加强、产业数字化发展亟待推进、数字化公共服务体系亟待建立、数字化人才培养亟待加强、数字化与白酒产业结合深度不够、白酒产业数字化存在金融痛点、产业生态圈有待完善的短板。本文提出应加强白酒产业数字化转型的顶层设计、出台白酒产业数字化转型的激励政策、打造白酒产业数字化转型的旗舰标杆等建议,加强“数字川酒”建设,赋能川酒转型升级,推动产业融合发展。

    Abstract

    The digital transformation of Baijiu industry is an important premise for the integration of Baijiu industry and digital economy,and an important measure to improve the innovative application level of “Digitalized Sichuan Baijiu”. Features of the Baijiu industry are mainly reflected in the aspects of driving the efficiency of the Baijiu industry,promoting the crossover integration of the Baijiu industry,reconstructing the organizational competition mode of the Baijiu industry,and enabling the Baijiu industry to upgrade. Some advantageous provinces and production areas are explored from intelligent manufacturing,digital marketing and other aspects. In the new development stage,Sichuan Baijiu industry continues to develop,strengthening the quality management of raw materials through high and new digital technology,accelerating technological transformation,and realizing the integrated management from production to marketing. However,the digitalization of Sichuan Baijiu industry is currently faced with the deficiencies such as the urgent need to strengthen the top-level design of digitalization,the urgent need to promote the development of industry digitalization,the urgent need to establish the digital public service system,the urgent need to strengthen the training of digital talents,the insufficient combination of digitalization and liquor industry,the financial constraint of Baijiu industry digitalization,and the industry ecosystem to be improved. This paper proposes suggestions such as strengthening the top-level design of the digital transformation of the Baijiu industry,introducing incentive policies for the digital transformation of the liquor industry,and building the flagship benchmark for the digital transformation of the Baijiu industry,strengthening the construction of “Digitalized Sichuan Baijiu”,enabling the transformation and upgrading of Sichuan Baijiu,and promoting the integrated development of the industry.
