智能制造是对传统制造业的数字化与智能化改造，是实现“制造大省”向“制造强省”“四川创造”转型的关键，是对传统制造各个环节的全面升级与优化。本文在分析四川智能制造业发展现状的基础上，坚持以加快智能制造产业生态圈建设，推进制造业数字化转型、网络化协同、智能化变革发展思路，提出五大发展路径：立足制造业本质，以数字化网络化智能化为特征；以工艺、装备为核心；以数据要素为基础；打造智能制造载体；构建智能制造系统。建议重点发展五大领域：推进技术融合创新发展新动能；提升传统制造业数字化水平；打造具有国际竞争力的智能制造业集群；建设全国重要的智能制造业基地；加强智能制造基础设施建设。进一步对四川智能制造的典型园区实践进行探讨，并对四川智能制造提出强化统筹协调、加大金融支持、加强人才培养、加强安全保障、深化开放合作的政策建议。
<<Intelligent manufacturing is the digital and intelligent transformation of traditional manufacturing，the key to realizing the transformation of “manufacturing province” to “manufacturing strong province” and “Sichuan creation”，and is a comprehensive upgrade and optimization of all aspects of traditional manufacturing. On the basis of analyzing the development status of intelligent manufacturing in Sichuan，it adheres to the development ideas of accelerating the construction of intelligent manufacturing industry ecosystem，promoting digital transformation，network collaboration，and intelligent transformation of the manufacturing industry，and puts forward five major development paths：（1）based on the essence of manufacturing，characterized by digital networking and intelligence；（2）Take technology and equipment as the core；（3）based on data elements；（4）Create an intelligent manufacturing carrier；（5）Build an intelligent manufacturing system. Focus on five major areas：promoting new momentum for technological integration and innovation；Improve the digital level of traditional manufacturing；Build an internationally competitive intelligent manufacturing cluster；Build an important intelligent manufacturing base in China；Strengthen the construction of intelligent manufacturing infrastructure. The typical park practice of intelligent manufacturing in Sichuan was further discussed. Finally，it puts forward policy suggestions for Sichuan intelligent manufacturing to strengthen overall coordination，increase financial support，strengthen talent training，strengthen security guarantees，and deepen open cooperation.
