Digital infrastructure is the most important base to promote the development of digital economy. Under the influence of century epidemic and century change，digital infrastructure is playing an unprecedented energy. This paper focuses on digital infrastructure，and deeply analyzes its concept，main features and basic framework. “The 14th five-year plan” period is a key period for Sichuan to focus on the construction of digital infrastructure，which has ushered in a new development situation and challenges，based on the three fields of technology，platform and integration，this paper further probes into the target positioning and construction thinking of Sichuan digital infrastructure，the paper puts forward three policy systems：perfecting the system of digital infrastructure，improving the application ability of digital infrastructure，and creating the ecology of digital infrastructure.
