数字技术催生了新业态、新企业，数字经济蓬勃发展。四川是西部的重要经济大省，依托丰富的人才资源和数字科技的快速发展，数字经济为四川地区经济实现弯道超车提供可能，深刻改变着四川传统的经济社会结构。总报告分析了四川数字基础设施、产业数字化、数字产业化、数字经济的区域实现的发展状况，提出了四川数字经济发展的现实路径，包括构建释放数字生产力的创新发展体系、超前布局新型数字基础设施、加快发展具有竞争优势的数字产业、创新智慧四川的数字应用场景、提升数字经济开放合作水平。展望未来“十四五”时期，数字经济持续、健康、快速发展，将成为未来四川经济发展的主战场，数字技术研发创新成为数字经济未来赛道，数据资源资产化资本化成为发展趋势，“万物互联”构筑数字经济发展新基础，融合发展成为数字经济发展主战场。
<<In the world，digital technology has given birth to new business forms，new enterprises，and the digital economy is booming. Sichuan，as an important province in the west，relies on rich human resources and the rapid development of digital technology. The digital economy provides the possibility for Sichuan’s economy to achieve curve overtaking，which has profoundly changed the traditional economic and social structure of Sichuan. The general report puts forward the realistic path for the development of Sichuan digital economy in terms of the regional realization of Sichuan digital infrastructure，industry digitalization，digital industrialization and digital economy，including Chengdu Plain Economic Zone，South Sichuan Economic Zone，Northeast Sichuan Economic Zone，Panzhihua Xichang Economic Zone and Northwest Sichuan Economic Zone. The path includes the advanced layout of new information infrastructure，the development of competitive digital industries，the construction of an innovative development system of digital productivity，the innovation of digital application scenarios in smart Sichuan，and the improvement of digital economy opening and cooperation.
