Based on the current situation of the promotion of township （street） social work stations in Henan Province，this paper summarizes the current situation of the practice of embedding township （street） social work stations into the rural social governance system，and provides a practical basis for the embedding of township （street） social work stations through organizational leadership，top-level design，platform construction，social foundation and financial guarantee. However，at present，social work stations are also faced with the practical difficulties of difficult governance practice，difficult professional social work and imperfect mechanism guarantee. In order to better promote the embedding of township （street） social work stations in the governance practice of rural society and improve the governance system of rural society，efforts can be made to improve the policy system，highlight political leadership，strengthen resource integration，attach importance to cognitive cultivation and enhance professional ability，so as to jointly promote the deep embedding of township （street） social work stations in system，organization，relationship，society and talents.
