Targeted poverty alleviation and rural revitalization provide good opportunities for improving the quality of life of the disabled. As a populous province，Henan has a large number of disabled people. How to further improve the quality of life of disabled people in the context of rural revitalization has become an important task of the Party and government in the new era. Based on the latest statistics of the Provincial Disabled Persons’ Federation，this paper constructs an indicator system for measuring the quality of life of the disabled. From the perspective of survival，the quality of life of the disabled groups in our province has been greatly improved compared with that before，and their food，clothing，housing and transportation have been significantly improved；From the perspective of development，disabled people still have big weaknesses in employment，social services and social security. System，social factors and individual factors jointly affect the quality of life of disabled people. Only by adhering to the path of diversified supply，government leadership，social participation and individual self-improvement，can the quality of life of disabled people be further improved and guaranteed.
