Digital governance has become the core content of modernizing governance systems and capacities. Under the implementation of the strategic goal of “Digital Henan”，the digital governance of Henan Provincehas accelerated the formation of a new pattern of digital governance，created a good new ecology of digital governance in the important opportunity period of digital transformation and development，and deepened and expanded the new mode of digital governance in the practice of digital society construction. However，the current digital governance of Henan Province is still faced with the shackles of governance concept，digital power and digital technology risk and other dilemmas and problems. Henan Province’s Digitalgovernance urgently needs to convert tothe people-oriented value rationality，improve the system and mechanism of digital governance，consolidate the legal basis of digital governance，and promote the technological progress of digital governance.
