Therefore，Henan should strengthen the connection between supply and demand，optimize employment and entrepreneurship services，improve entrepreneurship and employment policies，adhere to the demonstration drive，and create a more inclusive and positive public opinion atmosphere for migrant workers returning home to start their own businesses.
