数字技术为新业态提供了发展契机,促使我国就业结构和模式产生新变化。通过分析新职业群体的从业特征,考察河南省新职业群体的发展现状,发现数字社会背景下的新职业群体规模逐渐壮大,社会对新职业群体的重视度不断攀升,河南在推进新职业群体发展方面成效显著。从成长发展和从业感受中深挖河南省新职业群体发展困境,不难发现岗位数量不足、社会保障水平较低、数字环境不友好、多方协作性低成为制约其发展的主要因素。为改善新职业群体发展现状,需要发挥数字社会主体作用,推动新产业新经济新业态发展、加大数字环境治理力度、完善社会保障体系、建立多方协同机制,进一步优化河南省新职业群体发展路径。

By analyzing the employment characteristics of new occupational groups and investigating the development status of new occupational groups in Henan Province,it is found that the scale of new occupational groups is gradually growing in the digital society,and the social attention to new occupational groups is increasing,and Henan has achieved remarkable results in promoting the development of new occupational groups. From the perspective of growth,development and working experience,it is not difficult to find that the insufficient number of jobs,the low level of social security,the unfriendly digital environment and the poor level of multi-party collaborative governance are the main factors affecting the development of new occupational groups in Henan Province. In order to improve the development status of new occupational groups,it is necessary to play the main role of digital society,promote the development of new industries,new economies and new forms of business,strengthen the governance of digital environment,improve the social security system,establish a multi-party coordination mechanism,and further optimize the development path of new occupational groups in Henan Province.
