Through questionnaires，field research，data analysis and based on the existing results，this study conducts an in-depth analysis of the thorny problems in the current protection of the rights and interests of migrant workers’ pension insurance. It also proposes innovative suggestions such as breaking the household registration threshold and binding restriction，optimizing the sharing mode of payment responsibility for low-income groups，innovating the cross-system connection method of insurance payment period，and exploring a new mode of national unified pension insurance relationship transfer. All is of great reference value in further promoting the participation of migrant workers in pension insurance.
