Since the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China，remarkable achievements have been yielded in the development of human resources and social security in Sichuan Province. The overall employment situation is stable. Services and insurance targeted at migrant workers are specific and effective. Significant progress has been made in the reform of social security system. Technical and skilled personnel have further played their role in promoting economic and social development. Labor relations are harmonious and stable. Public services are more convenient and efficient. All these have made positive contributions to promoting high-quality economic development and maintaining social harmony and stability in Sichuan.
