In 2021，the overall scale of the human resource service industry in Yunnan Province continues to grow，the quality of service is gradually improved，and the service industry became richer，which made the role of industry agglomeration initially emerge and enhanced the market allocation capacity. The provincial-level human resource service industrial park evaluation and accreditation method has been issued，and brand public welfare activities such as the human resource service industry’s assistance to rural revitalization and the college student simulated job search competition have been carried out. The role of the industry has become more prominent. However，there are still some problems such as insufficient innovation drive and uneven quality of practitioners that need to be optimized and improved.
