2021年,云南省人力资源服务行业总体规模持续增长,服务质量逐步提升,服务业态更加丰富,行业集聚作用初步显现,市场配置能力进一步增强,研制了省级人力资源产业园评估认定办法,开展了人力资源服务行业助力乡村振兴、大学生模拟求职大赛等品牌公益活动,行业职能作用更凸显。同时,云南省人力资源服务行业也还存在创新驱动不足、从业人员素质参差不齐等短板,需要加以优化和完善。

The provincial-level human resource service industrial park evaluation and accreditation method has been issued,and brand public welfare activities such as the human resource service industry’s assistance to rural revitalization and the college student simulated job search competition have been carried out. The role of the industry has become more prominent. However,there are still some problems such as insufficient innovation drive and uneven quality of practitioners that need to be optimized and improved.
