人力资源服务业作为我国生产性服务业和现代服务业的重要组成部分,在促进就业、优化人力资源配置方面发挥了不可小觑的作用。本报告利用针对人力资源服务机构的一手调查数据,从微观层面分析了我国人力资源服务机构的发展现状、面临的挑战与机遇,以及转型升级的意愿与行为,并创新性地通过Probit模型对转型升级的影响因素进行了实证分析。研究发现,影响人力资源服务机构转型升级的最重要两个因素为企业员工数量与企业家年龄,即企业规模越大,转型升级的意愿越强烈;而企业家年龄越大,企业越不倾向于转型升级。
<<As an important part of China’s productive service industry and modern service industry,human resource service industry has played an important role in promoting employment and optimizing human resource allocation. The article analyzes the development status,challenges and opportunities,as well as the willingness and behavior of transformation and upgrading of human resource service organizations in China at the micro level,by using first-hand survey data of human resource service providers. It also innovatively conducts an empirical analysis of the influencing factors of transformation and upgrading through the Probit model. The study finds that the two most important factors affecting the transformation and upgrading of human resource service providers are enterprise scale and entrepreneur’s age,that is,the larger the enterprise scale,the stronger of willingness to transform and upgrade;the older the entrepreneur is,the less inclined the enterprises are to transform and upgrade.
