由于企业管理的多元化和复杂程度增加,传统单一的人力资源服务已无法全方位满足客户需求,人力资源服务与财务服务、IT服务、法律服务、商务服务等相结合提供“一揽子”服务模式逐步兴起,本文首先梳理人力资源服务市场中主要跨界服务的产品类型、主要特点和融合要点,其次通过对2000多家客户高层和人力资源负责人的调研,分析其对“跨界”服务的态度、优势、劣势、看重的方面和需要改进的要点等,并给出“跨界”融合服务的发展建议。
<<Due to the diversification and complexity of enterprise management,the traditional single human resource service has been unable to meet the need of customers in all directions. The “package” service mode that combined human resource service with financial service,IT service,legal service,business service,etc. is gradually emerging. The paper sorts out the product types,main characteristics and integration points of major cross-border services in the human resource service market at first. Then,through the investigation of more than 2,000 customers’ senior managers and human resource leaders,analyzed their attitudes,strengths,weaknesses,aspects that need to be improved towards “cross-border”. Finally put forward some suggestions for the development of “cross-border” integrated services.
