The human resource service industry in Shanghai has experienced more than 40 years of development，which has formed an industrial system with a sound public market，outstanding scale level，complete industry system，a leading professional capacity and international factors agglomeration. Through the analysis of the history and current development status of Shanghai’s human resource service industry，this paper reflects the development achievements of Shanghai human resource service industry in all aspects.
