    昆山人力资源市场供需分析

    摘要

    昆山人力资源市场多年来坚持打造“天天市场”线下招聘服务品牌,逐步将昆山人力资源市场打造成为昆山地区企业和人才高效对接的首选渠道,在长三角地区也颇具影响力,其供需数据变化很大程度上代表着昆山劳动力市场的供需变化趋势,因此深入分析其供需数据具有重要参考价值。2021年,企业用工需求进一步加快转变,招聘求职模式也加速向线上发展,特别是基于移动互联网的招聘模式成为求职者的重要选择,相反,现场招聘参会企业数据、岗位需求数据和求职数据均呈现下降趋势,结构性矛盾仍然突出,国有人力资源机构在资源配置中仍然面临较大挑战。本文将结合“天天市场”统计的数据,从企业招聘需求和人才求职需求等多方面展开讨论。

    Abstract

    Over the years,Kunshan Human Resource Market has insisted on building “Daily Market” as its offline recruitment service brand,and gradually made Kunshan Human Resource Market into the first choice for efficient matching between enterprises and talents. It is also quite influential in the Yangtze River Delta region,and the change of its supply and demand data largely represents the supply and demand trends of Kunshan’s labor market. Therefore,in-depth analysis of supply and demand data has important reference value. In 2021,the employment demand of enterprises has further accelerated,the recruitment and job-seeking mode has also accelerated to online development. In particular,the recruitment mode based on mobile Internet has become an important choice for job seekers. On the contrary,the data of enterprises participating in on-site recruitment,job demand data and job search data show a decreasing trend,and the structural contradiction is still prominent,which are still big challenges in resource allocation for those state-owned human resource agencies. Based on the statistical data of “Daily Market”,this paper will discuss the recruitment needs of enterprises and the job-seeking needs of talents.
