    成都市人才供需状况分析

    摘要

    本文以2021年为分析期,在成都市人才服务中心现场招聘会及成都人才网招聘求职数据统计基础上,结合招聘、求职行为抽样调查结果,经分类比较、特点分析而形成。2021年,成都市人才服务中心累计服务招聘单位3。3万家次,提供需求岗位67。2万个次,服务青年求职人才74万人次,人才供需总量同比均有所回落。人才需求方面,先进制造业为最大需求产业,占比43。1%;租赁和商务服务业需求占比35。1%,居需求行业首位。人才供给方面,本科及以上学历占比八成,其中硕士研究生及以上占比22。2%;2021年当年毕业的应届毕业生占比30。5%,同比下降。

    Abstract

    In 2021,talent recruitment has served 33,000 recruiting units,provided 672,000 in-demand jobs,and served 740,000 job-seeking talents. The total talent supply and demand both declined year-on-year. In terms of talent demand,advanced manufacturing is the industry with the largest demand,accounting for 43.1%;the demand for leasing and business services accounts for 35.1%,ranking first in the industry in demand. In terms of talent supply,80% of the graduates have a bachelor’s degree or above,of which 22.2% are master’s students or above;30.5% of the fresh graduates who graduated in 2021 will be a year-on-year decrease. This paper takes 2021 as the analysis period,and is based on the statistical data of on-site job fairs of Chengdu Talent Service Center,using the recruitment and job search in Chengdu Talent Network(www.rc114.com). The article combined the sampling survey results of the recruitment and job-seeking behavior,formed by the categories comparison and characteristics analysis. The aim is to briefly explain the main situation of recruitment and job-seeking parties in Chengdu Talent Service Center during the reporting period in the form of data charts.
