城市的竞争归根结底也是人才的竞争,人才红利是一座城市的未来。本报告利用我国经济规模较大城市的统计年鉴数据,从人才规模、人才结构、人才创新、人才发展、人才效能和人才生活6个方面对我国经济规模较大城市人才竞争力状况进行了分析。本报告发现,城市人才竞争力与城市经济发展水平高度相关,我国经济规模较大城市人才竞争力呈现明显的区域集中和“南强北弱”的态势,通过壮大经济规模、提升产业水平和构建良好的人才生态环境等举措,可以有效提升城市人才竞争力。
<<The competition of cities is also the competition of talents,the talent dividend is the future of a city. Using the statistical yearbook data of cities with large economic scale in China,we analyzed the talent competitiveness of cities from six aspects:talent scale,talent structure,talent innovation,talent development,talent effectiveness and talent livelihood. We found that the talent competitiveness of cities is highly correlated with the level of economic development of cities. The talent competitiveness of cities with large economies shows an obvious regional concentration and the trend of “strong in the south and weak in the north”. Measures such as expanding the economic scale,upgrading the industrial level and building a good ecological environment can effectively enhance the competitiveness of urban talents.
