Based on the analysis and research of compensation data in Guangdong Province,this paper finds that:(1)the average compensation level in the province maintains a stable growth trend,which is consistent with the overall stable economic operation;(2)Under the normalization of epidemic prevention and control,there are new changes in the trend of inter-industry compensation differentiation,with the financial industry continuing to lead,while the real estate industry and the construction industry continuing to decline year-on-year;(3)The compensation level of employees is positively correlated with the enterprise scale,educational background and length of service,which has a significant influence;(4)The compensation level gap between contract system employment and labor dispatch employment has narrowed and basically returned to the regular level before the epidemic.
