    金融产业人才教育培训与新职业培训发展现状问题研究

    摘要

    金融产业教育培训的发展为金融行业提供了源源不断的金融人才,随着金融产业新职业的出现,当前的金融产业教育培训并不能满足经济发展对金融复合型人才和金融新职业人才的需求。本文对金融产业教育培训现状、问题进行分析,也分析了金融产业新职业的发展现状,最终提出了解决金融产业人才教育培训问题的五大建议和对策:一是创新金融教育培训内容,改变金融教育培训方法;二是确定符合我国金融产业发展的培训模式、明确发展方向;三是加大金融教育培训市场监管力度;四是增强金融培训机构和院校的师资力量,提高教学水平;五是建立健全金融教育培训管理机制。这五大建议和对策的提出是以推动金融产业人才的教育培训优化升级,加快适应经济社会发展和金融产业新职业发展的需要。

    Abstract

    The development of education and training in financial industry has provided a steady stream of financial talents. With the emergence of new professions in the financial industry,the current education and training of financial industry cannot meet the demand of industrial development for financial compound talents and new financial professionals. This paper analyzes the present situation and problems of education and training in the financial industry,also the development of new professions in the financial industry. Finally,five suggestions and countermeasures are put forward to solve the problem,that is to innovate the content and change the method of financial education and training;to formulate a training model in line with the development of country’s financial industry and clarify the development direction;to increase the supervision of the financial education and training market;to strengthen the faculty of financial training institutions and colleges and improve the teaching level;to establish a sound financial education and training management mechanism. These suggestions and countermeasures may promote the optimization and upgrading of education and training of financial industry talents,accelerate the adaptation to the needs of economic and social development and new professions in the financial industry.
