本报告使用国家统计局、人社部等相关职能部门和高校、科研机构以及人力资源服务机构的统计和调查数据,对我国人力资源市场的供给、需求、薪酬等情况进行了系统分析,主要包括:第一,人力资源市场供给规模、区域分布、技能构成,以及需求的区域分布、行业结构、单位类型构成等;第二,人力资源供需匹配的总体情况以及在区域、行业和技能结构等维度上的表现和特点;第三,不同区域、城乡之间劳动力流动状况;第四,分区域、分行业、分单位性质的劳动者收入状况及变动趋势。

It mainly includes:first,the supply scale,regional distribution,skill composition and regional distribution of demand,industry structure,and the unit type composition of the human resources market;Second,the overall situation of human resources supply and demand matching,as well as the performance and characteristics of regional,industry and skill structure dimensions;Third,the status of labor mobility between different regions,urban and rural areas;Fourth,the status and trend of labor income by region,industry and unit nature.
