This chapter combs the development status and trends of the global industrial Internet industry in 2018，studies and analyses the development status，industry scale，industrial chain，technology level and main problems of the industrial Internet industry in China，and summarizes the development prospects and suggestions of the industrial Internet industry in China. The analysis shows that in 2018，China’s industrial Internet industry entered a new period of development，with remarkable achievements in all aspects，but the overall technical level of the industry is still at the low and middle level，lacking of key core technologies. Based on the support of national policies and the background of increasing R&D investment by enterprises，more and more industrial Internet application scenarios will be developed in China，gradually towards the direction of industrial chain application. In the future，we need to focus on leading enterprises，speed up the landing of industrial Internet platform，upgrade the technological level of network，platform and security，form a collaborative innovation system of industry，University and research，and establish a good ecosystem.
