Internet users’ civilized expression of in cyberspace is an crucial manifestation of Internet civility. Big data analysis of Internet users’ expressions in social media platforms can present a more objective picture of the current Internet civility. This report catches 6.13 million micro-blogs posted by 56293 Shenzhen Internet users from May 1，2021 to April 30，2022，and uses them as the object of sentiment value calculation to analyze the uncivil expressions，patriotic expressions and positive moral expressions on the Internet. By measuring the uncivil terms and interaction behavior of Internet users，this report finally concluded that the Internet civility literacy should be negatively deducted 0.43 points. The study shows that it is necessary to promote civilized expressions and interactions of Shenzhen Internet users，and integrate the concept of civilization into social interactions in cyberspace. Focusing on the actual expression literacy of Internet users in cyberspace is conducive to shaping a good Internet order and better promoting the construction of Internet civility.
