网络自律及监督素养是保障网络生态文明的底线性素养,主要包含网络空间安全自律素养、网络失范行为自律素养、网络不良内容监督素养三大维度。通过线上线下调研结果,本报告计算得出深圳市民的网络自律及监督素养总分为84。4分。其中,网络空间安全自律素养得分为82。7分,网络失范行为自律素养得分为87。6分,网络不良内容监督素养得分为83。0分。本报告发现,深圳市网民拥有较高的网络自律及监督素养,对各类危害网络空间的技术犯罪、网络失范行为,如网络谣言传播、网络暴力、网络诈骗具备良好的自律意识,对网络不良内容的举报监督意愿也较强烈。本报告认为,提升网民网络自律及监督素养,能够鼓励网民积极参与网络生态建设,打造更为天朗气清的网络空间。
<<Internet self-discipline and supervision literacy is the basic literacy to ensure the ecological civilization of the Internet,which mainly includes three dimensions:self-discipline of Internet safety,self-discipline of Internet deviated behavior and supervision of Internet harmful information. Through a combination of online and offline surveys,this report calculated the total score of Shenzhen netizens’ self-discipline and supervision literacy to be 84.4 points. Among them,the self-discipline of Internet safety score was 82.7 points,the self-discipline of Internet deviated behavior score was 87.6 points,and the supervision of Internet harmful information score was 83.0 points. Shenzhen netizens have a high level of self-discipline and supervision literacy. They have a good sense of self-discipline towards Internet technical crimes and Internet deviated behavior such as the spread of Internet rumors,cyber-violence and cyber-fraud. They are also willing to report and supervise the Internet environment. This report suggests that enhancing Internet users’ self-discipline and supervisory literacy can encourage them to actively participate in the construction of a better cyberspace.
