Internet self-discipline and supervision literacy is the basic literacy to ensure the ecological civilization of the Internet，which mainly includes three dimensions：self-discipline of Internet safety，self-discipline of Internet deviated behavior and supervision of Internet harmful information. Through a combination of online and offline surveys，this report calculated the total score of Shenzhen netizens’ self-discipline and supervision literacy to be 84.4 points. Among them，the self-discipline of Internet safety score was 82.7 points，the self-discipline of Internet deviated behavior score was 87.6 points，and the supervision of Internet harmful information score was 83.0 points. Shenzhen netizens have a high level of self-discipline and supervision literacy. They have a good sense of self-discipline towards Internet technical crimes and Internet deviated behavior such as the spread of Internet rumors，cyber-violence and cyber-fraud. They are also willing to report and supervise the Internet environment. This report suggests that enhancing Internet users’ self-discipline and supervisory literacy can encourage them to actively participate in the construction of a better cyberspace.
