网络规范行为素养是网民在网络空间实践文明行为的直接体现,包含网络适度使用、网络理性表达、网络文明互动及网络多元尊重四个方面。深圳市网民的网络规范行为素养得分为75。2分。其中,网络适度使用得分为63。2分,网络理性表达得分为81。4分,网络文明互动得分为80。9分,网络多元尊重得分为75。5分。该结果表明,深圳市网民的网络规范行为素养总体良好。面对网络信息,深圳市网民能秉持理性客观的态度,展开多角度的思考;在与其他网民的沟通中,能尊重不同网民群体的观点与立场,保持友好的交流状态。但深圳市网民在网络适度使用上仍需加强,尤其要重视青少年的网络沉迷问题。本报告认为,培养良好的网络规范行为素养有利于引导、规范网民的网络行为,对维护网络秩序具有重要意义。
<<Internet normative behavioral literacy directly reveals netizens’ degree of implementing civilized behavior on the Internet. It included four dimensions:the appropriate use of the Internet,the rational expression on the Internet,the civilized interaction on the Internet,and the pluralistic respect for diversities on the Internet. The overall score of Internet users’ normative behavioral literacy of Shenzhen netizens was 75.2 points. Additionally,the score for the appropriate use of the Internet was 63.2 points,the rational expression on the Internet was 81.4 points,civilized interaction on the Internet was 80.9 points,and pluralistic respect to diversities on the Internet was 75.5 points,respectively. According to the results,we found that Shenzhen netizens possess desirable Internet normative behavioral literacy. Countering the booming information on the Internet,they are able to hold a rational and objective attitude towards social issues and think from multiple angles. Moreover,they respect different perspectives and standpoints,keeping friendly when communicating with other Internet users. However,the appropriate use of the Internet needs to be enhanced among Shenzhen Internet users,and more attention should be paid to the addictive behavior of the Internet in the youth users. Cultivating good Internet users’ normative behavioral literacy is conducive to guiding and standardizing the behaviors of netizens,attaching great significance to maintaining order on the Internet.
