网络文化素养由网络科学文化素养、网络传统文化素养、网络红色文化素养,以及网络媒介信息素养四大维度组成。本报告通过配额抽样的方式,结合线上和线下两种渠道回收样本数据。调查结果显示,深圳市民的网络文化素养平均得分为80。4分。其中,网络科学文化素养得分为78。5分,网络传统文化素养得分为81。9分,网络红色文化素养得分为79。7分,网络媒介信息素养得分为81。7分。总体而言,深圳市网民有较高的网络文化素养,善于通过网络搜索、理解和评估信息,具备较强的在线自主学习能力。同时,深圳市网民也具有较高的红色文化和中华传统文化认知和认同感,对这两种主流文化具有较强的接触意愿和实践意识。较高水平的网络文化素养不仅有助于网民实现自我的提升,而且对于主流文化在新时代的传承和发展也有着重要的意义。
<<The Internet Cultural Literacy consists of four dimensions:Internet scientific and cultural literacy,Internet traditional cultural literacy,Internet red cultural literacy,and Internet media information literacy. This report collected sample data through a quota sampling method,combining online and offline channels. The results showed that Shenzhen netizens’ average Internet cultural literacy score was 80.4 points,Internet scientific and cultural literacy score was 78.5 points,Internet traditional cultural literacy score was 81.9 points,Internet red cultural literacy score was 79.7 points and Internet media information literacy score was 81.7 points. In general,the Internet culture literacy of Shenzhen netizens is satisfactory. Shenzhen netizens are good at searching,understanding and evaluating information through the Internet,and have strong abilities for independent online learning. Meanwhile,they also demonstrate a strong awareness,identification and willingness to engage with red culture and Chinese traditional culture. A higher level of Internet users’ cultural literacy not only helps Internet users with self-improvement,but is also of great significance to the transmission and development of mainstream culture in the new era.
