Internet ideological literacy is the cornerstone and an important part of Internet civility literacy，which mainly includes four dimensions：Internet mainstream ideology，Internet patriotic consciousness，Internet rule of law and Internet sense of sovereignty. Through a combination of online and offline surveys and using quota-sampling method，this report calculated the total score of Shenzhen netizens’ ideological literacy to be 88.2 points. Among them，the Internet mainstream ideology score was 86.8 points，the Internet patriotism awareness score was 88.2 points，the Internet rule of law awareness score was 88.0 points，and the Internet sovereignty awareness score was 89.8 points. Shenzhennetizens have a good understanding and appreciation of socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics in the new era. They have strong internet patriotism，and understand it clearly that cyberspace is not “a place outside the law”. They also realize that cyber security is as imperative as national security. This report suggests that good Internet ideological literacy of netizens is of great significance to building a high and solid Internet civilization.
