In order to promote the deep integration of culture and tourism，and accelerate the transformation from a large tourism resource region to a strong tourism economy region，Xinjiang has successively created cultural and tourism integration development models such as “tourism + intangible cultural heritage” in Turpan，“tourism + technology” in Ili，“tourism + entertainment” in Urumqi，“tourism + rural revitalization” in Kashgar，and “tourism + red military reclamation culture” in Xinjiang production and construction corps. Through the implementation of the strategy of “rejuvenating Xinjiang through tourism” and the project of “enriching Xinjiang through culture”，Xinjiang’s cultural and tourism industry has not only achieved economic，social and cultural benefits，but also consolidated the achievements of poverty alleviation，laying a good foundation for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy and the prosperity and development of cultural and tourism integration.
