In recent years，Qinghai has increased the integration and development of culture and tourism across the province，and the integration and development of culture and tourism has reached a new level，and has achieved relatively fruitful results. Based on the collection of official data and materials related to the integrated development of culture and tourism in Qinghai Province，this report combs the practice and results of the integrated development of culture and tourism in Qinghai Province since 2020，and analyzes the practical contents of five aspects：the play of government functions，the positioning of development goals，the protection and development of “intangible cultural heritage”，the digital and intelligent construction of culture and tourism，the upgrading of cultural and tourism formats and the construction of human resources. The experience was summarized from four aspects：the integrity and systematism of the integrated development of culture and tourism，the market positioning based on advantageous resources，the exploration of the innovation of the integrated development model of culture and tourism，and the overall development of culture and tourism in epidemic prevention and control. Finally，this report puts forward corresponding countermeasures for the deep integration of culture and tourism in Qinghai Province.
