广西通过加强顶层设计、坚持问题导向、发挥比较优势、深化招商引资、加强宣传推广等举措,使得全区文旅产业规模不断扩大、发展质量显著提升、基础设施持续完善、交流合作和宣传推广取得新突破、文化旅游稳步复苏。但也存在一些问题,如机构整合不深、管理经验缺乏,深度融合不足、转型升级缓慢,跨界融合不广、新兴业态较少,空间布局不优、区域发展失衡。广西在推动文旅深度融合发展的过程中,积累了一些经验可供其他地区借鉴,如优化顶层设计、完善工作机制,业态创新转型、产品升级换代,坚持系统观念、加强规划引领,科学应对疫情、全力提振消费。
<<Culture is the soul of tourism,and tourism is the carrier of culture. The two have both natural links and the driving force of mutual integration. Through measures such as strengthening top-level design,adhering to problem orientation,giving play to comparative advantages,increasing investment attraction,and strengthening publicity and promotion,Guangxi has made the cultural tourism industry in the region continuously expand in scale,significantly improved the quality of development,continuously improved infrastructure,made new breakthroughs in communication,cooperation,publicity and promotion,and steadily recovered cultural tourism under the normal COVID-19. However,there are also some problems,such as not deep institutional integration,lack of management experience,lack of deep integration,slow transformation and upgrading,not wide cross-border integration,few emerging business forms,poor spatial layout,and unbalanced regional development. In the process of promoting the in-depth integration of culture and tourism,Guangxi has accumulated some experience that can be used for reference by other regions,such as optimizing top-level design,improving working mechanism,innovation and transformation of business forms,upgrading and upgrading of products,adhering to the system concept,strengthening planning and guidance,scientifically responding to the epidemic situation,and fully boosting consumption.
