宁夏回族自治区通过完善文旅融合制度保障、凝练区域文旅产业特色、丰富文旅产品特色供给、推进文旅双向互促共融、服务全域旅游示范区创建和深化“两晒一促”活动将宁夏文化和旅游融合工作推进得如火如荼,使得宁夏旅游资源供给丰富,市场认可度提升,旅游消费实现恢复性增长。同时,宁夏文化旅游品牌定位日渐明晰,文旅产业成为推动旅游扶贫的助力。本报告认为,宁夏文旅融合的成效得益于始终坚持全域旅游发展理念,持续开展全时空旅游,明确树立文化旅游品牌,重视全媒体营销和对“两山”理念的高度秉承,以上经验总结可为其他区域文化和旅游的融合推进提供借鉴。
<<“Promoting tourism with culture and prospering culture with tourism” is an important support for planning high-quality development of tourism. Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region has promoted the integration of culture and tourism in full swing by improving the guarantee of cultural and tourism integration system,refining the characteristics of regional cultural and tourism industry,enriching the characteristic supply of cultural and tourism products,promoting the mutual promotion and integration of cultural and tourism,serving the establishment of the regional tourism demonstration zone,and deepening the “two sunning and one promotion” activities,which has enriched the tourism supply in Ningxia,improved the market recognition,and restored the growth of tourism consumption after the epidemic. At the same time,the brand positioning of cultural tourism in Ningxia has become increasingly clear,and the cultural tourism industry has become a booster to promote tourism poverty alleviation. To sum up,the effect of cultural and tourism integration in Ningxia benefits from persisting in the concept of all-region tourism development,continuing to carry out all-time tourism,clearly establishing cultural tourism brands,attaching importance to enhancing all-media marketing and highly adhering to the “two mountains” development theory. The above experience summary can be used as a reference for the promotion of cultural and tourism integration in other regions.
