教育是当代博物馆服务于社会发展的核心内容,博物馆是教育的特殊资源和重要阵地,被誉为学校教育的“第二课堂”。近年来,在国家政策和各级行政主管部门的支持引领下,北京地区博物馆的整体建设取得丰硕成果,社会公众对利用博物馆资源学习的需求也明显增多且越发多元。如何创新博物馆教育工作的内容和形式,提升博物馆教育服务水平和质量,并以更加积极的姿态投身城市文化建设,是当前北京地区博物馆共同面临的重要课题。本报告主要回顾北京地区博物馆在2021~2022年开展的优秀教育实践案例,重点阐述北京地区多馆联动协同发展的新气象,基础社教业务的新动态,社会参与和跨界合作催生的教育新途径,以及后疫情时代显现的教育新方向。
<<Education is one of the cores for contemporary museums to serve the social development. As a special resource and important front,museum is praised as the “second classroom” of school education. In recent years,with the support and guidance of national policies and administrative departments at all levels,the overall construction of Beijing museums has got substantial achievements,and the public’s demand for learning by using museum resources has increased significantly and become more diversified. How to innovate the content and form,improve the service quality of museum educational work,and devote themselves to the urban cultural construction with a more active attitude is a common important task for Beijing museums. This report mainly reviews the excellent cases of educational practice carried out by Beijing museums during 2021-2022,focusing on the new atmosphere of multi-museum interaction and synergetic development,the new trends of basic social education work,the new education approaches brought about by social participation and crossover cooperation,and the new education direction emerged in the post-COVID-19 era.
