But there are still some shortcomings，such as the balanced development of urban and rural areas. sharing of data and information，the amount and channels of capital investment，data and information security protection，high-tech enterprises and talent cultivation，the number and quality of application scenarios still need to be improved. In the next step，Henan’s expansion of new smart city construction and application scenarios should continue to promote in terms of increasing capital investment and broadening source channels，building a unified “Zhong-Yuan Smart City Cluster”，gathering professional talents，strengthening information security barriers，and improving the breadth and depth of application scenarios.
