To cope with the severe employment situation，fresh graduates need the active promotion and support of all sectors of society. The employment of college students and the recruitment of employers are facing new situations and characteristics. In order to promote the employment of fresh graduates，the Jilin provincial government，universities and enterprises are working together to actively play a “combined fist” in employment. In the future，college students’ employment will still face problems such as the imbalance between supply and demand of the labor market，the reduction of the efficiency of labor market allocation，and the highlighting of structural contradictions.
