On the basis of in-depth analysis of the current situation of county urbanization in Jilin Province，this report focuses on exploring the problems and difficulties that still exist in the development of county urbanization in Jilin Province. On this basis，it focuses on scientifically grasping the functional orientation，guiding the direction of county development by classification，strengthening industrial support，enhancing the ability of county employment absorption，improving the infrastructure system，consolidating the basic support for county operation，and increasing the supply of public services in the county，Four aspects of building a livable and employable environment put forward a feasible path to promote the rapid and healthy development of county urbanization in Jilin Province，with a view to accelerating the formation of a pattern of coordinated development of high-quality development and new urbanization in Jilin Province.
