The provincial Party Committee and provincial government formulated and promulgated series of policy measures in accordance with the the policy requirements of the central government，including “43 guidelines for making sure steady growth”“29 guidelines for promoting the recovery of consumption and the release of potential”“10 guidelines for financial support for preventing and controling epidemic and developing the economy and social”. The series of policy measures stabilize economic development and ensure basic people’s livelihood. The policy effect is gradually showing，the stable foundation has been strengthened，new driving force for growth is accumulating，the whole province’s economy is stability recovery continued to improve. However，“Steady growth” still faces many challenges because of the economic development environment becoming significantly more complex，severe and uncertain. Under the background of normal epidemic prevention and control，Jilin Province should further release the policy synergy，continuously tap the consumption potential，optimize the investment structure，stabilize the industrial chain and supply chain，enhance the vitality of market players，promote the high-quality development of Jilin Province’s economy，and enhance the internal power and reliability of the domestic big cycle.
