    茶叶活性成分的功能

    摘要

    茶是一种对人体新陈代谢具有重要调节作用的功能性饮品,饮茶可以提高人体对疾病的免疫力,可以预防许多对人体有很大威胁性的疾病。茶叶中含有诸如茶氨酸、咖啡碱和茶多酚等物质,这些物质对人体新陈代谢具有重要调节作用。在茶叶的主要活性成分中,儿茶素及其氧化物如茶黄素等有显著抗血凝、促纤溶、防止血小板粘附和聚集的作用;绿茶提取物、EGCG等可以有效抑制脂肪分解产物在消化道内的吸收,进而起到减肥的效果;在肿瘤发展的3个阶段,茶多酚类物质通过对自由基的清除,可以从病源上控制细胞发生突变,从而具有一定的抗癌效果;茶多酚及氧化物具有天然无毒的保鲜功能;茶色素消脂去油效果明显,同样在减肥、防治高脂血症、调节糖代谢等方面发挥积极作用。 <<

    Abstract

    Tea is a kind of functional drink which has important regulating effect on human metabolism. Drinking tea can improve human immunity to diseases and prevent many diseases which are very threatening to human body. Tea contains substances such as theanine,theanine and tea polyphenols,which play an important role in regulating human metabolism. Among the main active components of tea,catechins and their oxides such as theaflavins have significant effects on anticoagulation,promoting fibrinolysis,preventing platelet adhesion and aggregation. Green tea extract,EGCG,etc. can effectively inhibit the absorption of lipolysis products in the digestive tract,and thus play a role in weight loss. In the three stages of tumor development,tea polyphenols can control the mutation of cells from the source of disease through the removal of free radicals,so as to have anticancer effects. Tea polyphenols and oxides have natural non-toxic preservation function;Tea pigment has an obvious effect on reducing fat and oil,and also plays a positive role in weight loss,prevention and treatment of hyperlipidemia and regulation of sugar metabolism.
