Exploring the experiences and practices of social organizations participating in community voluntary service in Guangzhou is not only an inevitable requirement to realize the high-quality development of community social organizations during the 14th Five-year Plan period，but also a necessary meaning to construct the modern pattern of social governance in China. According to a survey the community social organizations，voluntary service organizations，social work station are the main parts in Guangzhou. Secondly the social organizations participating in community voluntary service reflects highly leading of the Party，diversification of position construction，branding and specialization of project. Meanwhile it’s facing the new challenges in the new era. So it is necessary to establish and improve the community work mechanism，strengthen the cultivation of social organizations，and improve the professional level of voluntary service to cope with the new challenges.
