社区志愿服务高质量发展的核心在于培育优秀的社区志愿服务人才队伍。本文结合问卷法、访谈法等多种调研方法,对广州市社区志愿服务人才队伍建设情况进行研究。综合分析发现:广州市社区志愿服务人才队伍建设呈现组织化、专业化、规模化、体系化等成效及特点,但在政策落实与协同、有效激励与支持、专业发展与服务创新方面仍有不足。对此,本文提出坚持全域统筹,健全人才队伍建设机制等相应对策,以期为广州市乃至全国社区志愿服务人才队伍建设提供参考意见。
<<The core of the high-quality development of community voluntary service lies in cultivating excellent community voluntary service talents. This study combines questionnaire,interview and other research methods to study the construction of community voluntary service talents in Guangzhou. The comprehensive analysis shows that,the construction of community voluntary service talent organization in Guangzhou shows the achievements and characteristics of organization,specialization,scale and systematization. But there are still some deficiencies in policy support and coordination,effective encouragement and support,professional development and service innovation. This study proposes to adhere to the global overall planning and improve the talent organization construction mechanism;adhere to long-term development and innovate the incentive mechanism of volunteer service;adhere to the professional guidance,strengthen the supervision mechanism of personnel training and other corresponding countermeasures,in order to put forward suggestions for the construction of community voluntary service talents in Guangzhou and even the whole country.
