The core of the high-quality development of community voluntary service lies in cultivating excellent community voluntary service talents. This study combines questionnaire，interview and other research methods to study the construction of community voluntary service talents in Guangzhou. The comprehensive analysis shows that，the construction of community voluntary service talent organization in Guangzhou shows the achievements and characteristics of organization，specialization，scale and systematization. But there are still some deficiencies in policy support and coordination，effective encouragement and support，professional development and service innovation. This study proposes to adhere to the global overall planning and improve the talent organization construction mechanism；adhere to long-term development and innovate the incentive mechanism of volunteer service；adhere to the professional guidance，strengthen the supervision mechanism of personnel training and other corresponding countermeasures，in order to put forward suggestions for the construction of community voluntary service talents in Guangzhou and even the whole country.
