近年来,生态环境问题日益凸显,成为人类命运共同体面临的重要问题。环境传播是生态公共关系的主要手段之一,有助于培养和增强公众环保意识、鼓励公众参与环保。本研究以“国资小新”境内外主流新媒体平台账号2021年发布的涉环境传播内容为基础,以各个平台的点赞、评论、转发、播放等网民互动行为数据为依据,整理出100个互动数据较高的运营案例进行观察分析。研究发现,作为国家队政务新媒体,“国资小新”的传播实践独具特色:布局多平台传播,因媒制宜有效提升传播效果;善用故事传播,通过心理接近促进情感认同;巧用营销思维,借助流量引导扩大信息传播;开展舆论引导,借助舆论互动进行观念输出;探索海外传播,塑造可信可爱可敬中企形象。“国资小新”积极践行环境传播,取得较好传播效果,在促进全民环保共识、提升国资企业和国家环保形象方面起到了重要作用。
<<In recent years,ecological and environmental issues have been standing out as one of the important problems facing the community of a shared future for mankind. Environmental communication is one of the main tools of ecological public relations,which cultivates and enhances public awareness of environmental protection and encourage public participation in environmental protection. Based on the content of environmental communication published in 2021 by the domestic and foreign major new media platform account “SASAC”,and data of netizens’ interactive behaviors such as praise,comment,forwarding and broadcasting on various platforms,this study sorted out 100 operation cases with many interactive data for observation and analysis. It was found that,as a new media of national government affairs,the communication practice of “SASAC” features:effectively improving the communication effect via multi-platform communication by adjusting measures to medias;communicating by stories and promoting emotional identification through psychological approach;expanding information communication by using clever marketing thinking and online celebrities’ guidance;carrying out public opinion guidance,and outputting ideas by means of public opinion interaction;exploring overseas communication and shaping the image of credible,lovely and respectable Chinese enterprises. “SASAC” has actively practiced environmental communication and achieved good communication results,which has played an important role in promoting the consensus of the whole people on environmental protection and enhancing the environmental protection image of state-owned enterprises and China.
