2016~2020年是我国“十三五”规划的五年,2020年迄今由于新冠肺炎疫情的突发,国际环境风险因素持续增加。国内生态环境的舆论热点与研究议题经历了从聚焦于大气污染、霾治理、治污攻坚,到生物多样性、低碳、核安全等多议题交杂的转变。本文从环保政策解读、政府职能定位、媒介手段重构、企业生态理念、受众角色改变等层面梳理了近五年来政府(企业)、媒体与公众在环境保护主题下的三位一体公共关系相关的研究成果。研究认为,这五年,生态环境保护与公共关系领域的研究目标明确、手段多样、研究成果丰富。在实践中,通过不断调研以及工作改进,政府形象深入人心、企业环保理念升级、公众环保意识有所增强。
<<China’s 13th “Five-Year Plan” lasted from 2016 to 2020,when international risks soared due to the raging COVID-19 pandemic. The hot topics of public opinion and research topics of domestic ecology and environment have seen the interweaving of and transition from air pollution,haze control and pollution control to biodiversity,low carbon,nuclear safety,etc. This report sorts out the research results related to the “Trinity” public relations of the governments(enterprises),the media and the public under the theme of environmental protection in the past five years from the perspectives of policy interpretation on environmental protection,government function positioning,media means reconstruction,enterprises’ ecological concept,respondents’ role change and others. The report believes that over the past five years,researches on ecological and environmental protection and public relations are clear in objectives,diverse in means and rich in results. Through continuous inspections,researches and improvement in work,the governments’ image has been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people,the enterprises’ concept of environmental protection upgraded,and the public awareness of environmental protection improved.
