Qinghai Welfare Lottery Issuance Center always takes “helping the elderly，the disabled，the orphans，and the poor” as its purpose，with “public welfare，charity，health，happiness，innovation” as its connotation，and “safe operation and healthy development” as its main line. Over the past 30 years，following the pace of development of China’s welfare lottery，the welfare lottery business in our province has been advancing in exploration，with sales increasing year by year and achieving great results. By the end of 2021，Qinghai Welfare Lottery has accumulated sales of 15.342 billion yuan，raised public welfare funds of 4.673 billion yuan. It had provided more than 1，600 jobs，and built a relatively complete and comprehensive welfare lottery sales network. While maintaining the steady and healthy development of the welfare lottery business in our province，Qinghai Welfare Lottery has made due contributions to social welfare and public welfare undertakings. It has become an important supplementary force for the development of social welfare and public welfare undertakings in our province，greatly promoting the development of social welfare，social assistance and public welfare undertakings in our province，and enabling the elderly，disabled，orphans and other groups in difficulty or special care to share the fruits of reform and development. Based on the opportunities and challenges of the new development stage，Qinghai Fucai needs to vigorously promote in several aspects，such as improving the mechanism，refining standards，strengthening publicity，laying channels，and cultivating talents.
