为了对甘肃省沙化土地封禁保护实施效果进行科学评估,甘肃省治沙研究所采用卫星遥感结合地面自动站和人工样地调查方法,开展生态效益监测,形成了阶段性评估报告。主要结果为:①封禁7~8年,84。79%的保护区生态系统状态发生好转,河西走廊中、东南部封禁保护区半固定、固定沙地生物结皮增加4。45%,生态服务功能效益价值量达535661。91万元/年,平均每个封禁保护区为44638。49万元/年。②封禁保护好转区植物种类、多样性指数、密度、盖度和平均高增加;适当的辅助修复可快速提高封禁区植被恢复效果,明显降低封禁区风蚀沙埋厚度、年平均积沙量,以及土壤表层细沙、粗沙含量和容重,提高土壤有机质含量。③封禁保护影响温差、风速、湿度,对稳定小气候环境局势有意义。④必须优化和完善监测方案,坚持长期监测,并利用监测成果指导和促进封禁保护工作。
<<In order to scientifically assess the implementation effect of the enclosed protection area for desertified land in Gansu Province,the Gansu Desert Control Research Institute has used satellite remote sensing,ground automatic stations and manual sample-plot survey to carry out ecological benefit monitoring and prepare a phased assessment report. The main results include:(1)In the 7-8 years of closure and prohibition,84.79% of ecosystems in the protection areas have been improved,the biological crust of semi-fixed and fixed sandy lands in the central and southeastern closed protection areas of the Hexi Corridor has increased by 4.45%,and the ecological service value has amounted to RMB 5356.6191 million per year,with each enclosed protection area of RMB 446.3849 million per year. (2)The plant species,diversity index,density,coverage and average height have increased in the improved enclosed protection areas;and appropriate auxiliary restoration can rapidly improve the vegetation restoration effect in enclosed areas,significantly reduce the thickness of wind erosion and sand burial in enclosed areas,the annually average sand accumulation,the content and volume weight of fine and coarse sand in the surface soil,and improve the soil organic matter. (3)The closure and prohibition have affected temperature difference,wind speed and humidity,and been meaningful to stabilize the microclimate environment situation. (4)It is necessary to optimize and improve the monitoring program in a long time;and use the monitoring results to guide and promote the closure and prohibition.
