The value realization of the Qilian Mountain’s ecological products means the process of transforming the ecological dividends in the Qilian Mountain into economic dividends，and is the only way to play the role of ecological security barrier of the Qilian Mountain and realize the transformation of “lucid waters and lush mountains” into “invaluable assets”. The value of the Qilian Mountain’s ecological products cannot be realized without the strong support of the financial industry. From the perspective of green finance，this paper has analyzed the current development of green finance in the Qilian Mountain，summarized the basic situation and typical practices of green finance supporting the realization of ecological product value in the Qilian Mountain，pointed out that the contribution of green finance to the realization of ecological product value in the Qilian Mountain was faced with the difficulties of an inadequate incentive and guarantee mechanism，a small total supply of green finance，a single product structure，underdeveloped supporting services，and the lack of professional talents，and finally proposed targeted countermeasures and suggestions to provide necessary policy guidelines for green finance to play a better role in the process of realizing the value of ecological products in the Qilian Mountain.
