The application scenario of “warm with you” volunteer service focuses on the social concern of the elderly’s demand for volunteer services，which fully reflects the guidance of digital thinking and scenario-based thinking. The institutionalized guarantee system provides an experience model in four aspects：concept，platform，mechanism and guarantee for the continuous improvement of volunteer service quality. At the same time，as a volunteer service platform with strong regional characteristics，it has brought inspiration and thinking on how to practice the spirit of the grassroots and the common prosperity，scientifically improve the efficiency of modern social governance，and collaboratively create an “important window” for volunteer service. In response to the call to build a volunteer service system in the new era，the main tasks in the future are to fully absorb volunteers，meet the precise needs of volunteers，solve the bottleneck of the incentive mechanism，and deepen the awareness of collaboration and cooperation，so as to achieve the sustainable development of the project.
