Taizhou，based on capacity building and focusing on improving the system and mechanism，has built a hub type volunteer service system，built a digital platform for volunteer service，supported the development of volunteer service organizations，and effectively promoted the in-depth development of civilized practice of volunteer service in the new era of the city. At present，Taizhou has formulated the “Three Year Action Plan for the Development of Taizhou’s Volunteer Service （2021～2023）”，which clearly proposes 12 work measures in four aspects，including promoting the construction of volunteer service organizations and teams，promoting the normalization of volunteer service activities，accelerating the iterative upgrading of volunteer service front platforms，and improving the incentive and security mechanism for volunteer service，The ability of volunteers to serve Taizhou’s economic development and social progress has been further improved.
