In the new era，the development of voluntary service in China has been incorporated into the overall plan of national governance，and the top-level design is becoming more and more perfect. Jiaxing vigorously promotes the voluntary spirit of “dedication，fraternity，mutual assistance and progress”，deeply implements the relevant requirements of the Regulations on Voluntary Service，and vigorously promotes the normalization and institutionalization of voluntary service in close combination with the people’s new expectations for the quality and efficiency of economic development，the degree of social civilization，the level of green development，the modernization of municipal governance and the well-being of people’s livelihood，We will actively carry out a series of voluntary service activities for civilized practice in the new era，organize and encourage volunteers and voluntary service organizations to go into communities，villages and grass-roots units，send warmth to others and contribute to society. At the same time，Jiaxing strives to deeply cooperate with the main battlefield of social and economic development，integrate the humanistic spirit of Jiaxing in the new era of “diligence，kindness and beauty，courage and diligence”，enhance the empowerment of social vulnerable groups，and stimulate volunteers to contribute to social development. In the process of exploring the combination of voluntary service and social progress，there are still shortcomings in the development of civilized practice voluntary service in Jiaxing.
