This report is based on the development foundation of the province’s volunteer service cause，and comprehensively describes the volunteer service work in recent years. First，the overall situation of voluntary services in the province，mainly the overall achievements in mechanism building，team building，content building，brand building，etc. at the provincial level. Second，the province’s voluntary services in the policy，content，and innovation show the characteristics of the highlights.
