With the signing and implementation of the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement （RCEP），the southwest of China has successively issued a number of policies to speed up the simultaneous development of “going out” and “bringing in”，complete the domestic and international double circulation，strengthen cooperation with South Asia and Southeast Asia，and speed up the process of integrating the southwest of China into the globalization strategy.
