Important progress has been made in the innovation of the system and mechanism for the coordinated development of Beijing，Tianjin and Hebei. However，due to the unbalanced development of the three regions and the constraints of local interests，there are still problems in the system and mechanism in terms of functional relief，collaborative innovation，transportation connectivity，public services，ecological compensation，etc. To solve these problems，this paper proposes that Beijing，Tianjin，and Hebei should strengthen the systematic promotion of collaborative development，industrial planning docking，and policy convergence，intellectual property transfer，normalization of transportation collaborative governance，common construction and sharing of public services，diversified ecological compensation，and deep participation of different entities to improve and innovate their systems and mechanisms.
